The house is wonderful, spacious and very comfortable. The location by car is 5 minutes from the center, there is parking at the door. The pool is great and has many amenities, but it feels quite neglected. The person who manages the reservation is very decisive. The leisure part of the ground floor is incredible, the rooms are clean, spacious and bright, you have air conditioning in all rooms. Unlike the kitchen, the house was clean. All the blinds are electric and the area is very safe, quiet and peaceful.
The kitchen was dirty and smelled of oil, the gas barely came out of the stove, we had to wash all the dishes and glasses we used because it was full of grease. The trash cans in the bathrooms were completely rusted, the toilet brushes were broken, the shower in the bathroom in the room flooded and it was impossible to shower because there was no pressure and it leaked into the bathroom on the ground floor. The barbecue was completely unusable due to neglect and dirt, we arrived and the TV was broken, the next day they changed it and put in a brand new one. The fireplace does NOT work. And when we arrived after a trip from Madrid, we asked to enter an hour early, through booking and they denied our request, but when we arrived at the house the key was not in the key locker and we had to wait a while for the key with the suitcases outside.
